EWI INSTALLERS LTD does not accept responsibility for any breakages if the owner's possessions have not been moved by the customer. Additionally, EWI INSTALLERS LTD will not be held liable for any damage to new floors if they have not been adequately covered by the customer, such as with Corex plastic or any other thick plastic coverings. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper protection of their property before work commences.

All debris generated during the work will be removed from the site, and the area will be left clean and tidy. Dust sheets will be used to protect surfaces and minimize disruption during the project. We are committed to maintaining a professional and orderly environment throughout the process.

During the course of the work, when uncovering walls, ceilings, old mains pipework, sewage systems, etc., unforeseen issues may arise, which could lead to additional costs. These issues are typically only discovered during the demolition phase. While we strive to account for all possible circumstances in the initial quotation, we may need to adjust the final cost based on what is uncovered. Any changes will be discussed with you promptly and will require written approval before proceeding.

Payment for the work is due upon satisfactory completion of the project. We accept payments via BACS transfer or in cash. All estimates exclude parking and congestion charges. Any parking fees incurred during the work will be added to the final invoice and are subject to a 20% surcharge. We prefer parking permits to be provided where possible.
